• IQPC holds 1200 events a year in 7 countries around the world. We audio or video record many of these events and make them available online.
  
  

How soon is a conference available after it's held live?

• Conferences are generally available online 4 weeks after the event is held. In some cases it can be available sooner or later depending on how many events are held concurrently.
  
  

Do I need to buy the full conference?

• You do not. Where available, you can search by speaker or topic and purchase individual sessions from any given program.
  
  

I just attended a conference, don''t I get the proceedings for free?

• For many of our conferences, power point presentations are made available to paid delegates after the event. b2b IQ makes available the audio and video online to provide a much more richer experience.
  
  

Why are some sessions video and some audio?

• Because of the volume of programs, some conferences are both audio and video recorded, while others are just recorded audio.
  
  

Can I just buy the powerpoint/Audio/Video?

• Many of our programs have been recorded and are available in multiple formats. Where available, you have the option of purchasing the audio, video, or power point presentation.
  
  

Can I download this and watch it on my PMP (Personal Media Player)?

• Currently presentations are only available streaming online. We are working diligently to make them available as a download.
  
  

Can I get this on CD?

• Currently presentations are only available streaming online. At this time we do not offer presentations for purchase by CD.
  
  

I just ordered this presentation, but realized I bought the wrong one, how do I change my order?
